Return of goods
If you have received some items that you do not wish to keep, you have the opportunity to return the items to us. The goods must be returned and received by us no later than 14 days after receipt.
Returns are at your own expense, but we are happy to help arrange shipping. Please note that tinted products cannot be returned and that all items returned must be returned in unused condition and in unbroken original packaging as they were received.
If you want to return items, please fill out the form below. After filling in, you will be sent a return item list which must be attached to the items you return. Items sent on COD will not be accepted.
If you have received your goods over several deliveries and you want to return goods from several deliveries, please fill in the form for each delivery.
